PNS Chemicals was founded in 1991 by Mr Surindar S Tulsi. The company specialises in supplying state of the art electrophoretic lacquers to electroplating and metal finishing industries worldwide.
Surindar Tulsi has been active since 1965 in the research, development and marketing of proprietary speciality chemicals. These include brighteners and pre and post treatment products. The benefactor introduced the electrophoretic (EP/ED) lacquers into the market in 1981 and over a period of years successfully established the technology across the globe.
The first EP/ED lacquer technology was epoxy based which despite being very popular, suffered from a lower UV resistance. The lower resistance to UV exposure led to the development of acrylic bases EP/ED lacquers which was first launched in 1986.
Such early involvement ensures the company has utmost experience and an intimate knowledge of the technology it provides. This enables PNS Chemicals to equip its distributors and end users with the most pertinent products to suit their individual needs.
